Shipping Policy

Free Shipping

We offer Free Shipping on ALL ORDERS within the United States. International destinations normally do not qualify for our free shipping offer (but it doesn't hurt to ask!).  These orders will typically be shipped through USPS first mail, which is an estimated 3-5 business days delivery time.

Handling Time

We ship ALL orders within 1-3 business days. However, we strive to get all orders received before 1 PM EST shipped out the same day. Most of the time, orders received before 3 PM will also go out the same day.  We ship from our warehouses in California and Florida depending on our inventory, we ship from the closest location to you. Orders not shipped same day will be shipped the following day. We will contact you if for some reason there are any delays. We ship work days, Monday-Friday.  We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday or on any USPS Holidays. Orders received after 1PM Friday - Sunday will ship on the following Monday, assuming Monday is not a Holiday.

Please Note:  tracking numbers are not active until the shipping provider scans the package. This may be as late as 8 P.M.

Signature Confirmation

We ship all orders under $250.00 without Signature Guarantee Service (Signature NOT Required upon Delivery). At checkout, you will have the opportunity to add Signature Guarantee Service for your order; however, by failing to do so, the customer assumes the risk of non-receipt if the shipping carrier can establish that the order was delivered to the shipping address.

At checkout, you will have the opportunity to remove Signature Guarantee Service for your order; however, by doing so, the customer assumes the risk of non-receipt if the shipping carrier can establish that the order was delivered to the shipping address.

Shipments Outside the United States

International orders may be subject to import charges and customs fees. Delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are in business days. Customs may delay delivery past the estimated shipping time.

What if my order is damaged, never arrives or is stolen?

To protect your order against loss or theft, add Route+ package protection at checkout. When you add Route+, you can easily file claims for lost, stolen or damaged packages in the unfortunate case that they arise. When you file a claim, it will be reviewed for approval for a reorder or refund within 24 hours.
