How do I return?
- Visit our returns portal directly through the following link: Vaporizer Chief Returns Center
- Enter your order number and email address to start
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
- Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
What items are returnable?
- Unused and unopened products for 30 days following receipt of your order. There will be a 10% restocking fee applied in this case.
- Defective / faulty products (30 days from receiving the product)
- Missing / broken items (must be reported within 7 days of delivery)
What items or reasons are non-refundable?
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products that have been opened or used.
- Unsatisfied with product or not as expected (we highly recommend reading our best vaporizer guides and reviews before purchasing!)
Defective Products & Exchange
Returns of any defective products are entitled to a replacement only during the manufacturer’s warranty period and in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty return policy. Please note that certain manufacturers require that the customer process all warranty claims with the manufacturer directly.
The item I received is incorrect, damaged or missing parts!
If the purchased product arrives damaged or missing parts, please reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date.
What are the refund options?
The following refund options are supported:
- Refund to the original payment method
- Refund to store credit (if applicable)
How do I ship back the items?
For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request.
NOTE: You must return all accessories and product component parts. If the returned unit is determined to be operating normally upon inspection, we will need to ship the same unit back at the customer's expense. Returns will not be processed if the conditions of our Return Policy are not fully met.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.
