Priced at just under $380, the Puffco is certainly the most expensive Electronic Dab Rig in the market but it's worth every penny! The following are details concerning Puffco’s product guarantee and warranty. All Puffco units come with a one-year warranty from the initial date of retail purchase by the original purchaser. Puffco’s warranty policy covers any manufacturer’s defect of the electronic components (battery and charger) of the unit. If a valid claim under this Warranty is received within the one-year warranty, then Puffco will replace the defective part. Puffco does not cover cosmetic damage occurring through wear and tear, including scratches, dents, and broken plastic. Puffco’s warranty policy also does not cover damage caused by concentrates, the concentrate adapter, waxes or damage caused by accident, abuse, or misuse. Puffco does not warranty any used chambers/coils, mouthpieces or darts. Wear-and-tear from use can make it virtually impossible to differentiate between defect and damage at times. Puffco suggests checking that the chamber is functioning properly before filling. Test the unit from the get go, right out of the Puffco branded box to determine whether the chamber heats up. Once functionality is confirmed, do not continue to dry fire the unit.

Puffco had a strong reputation prior to releasing the Peak, and trust has been steadily built up since the company was founded in 2013. Before the Peak was released, there was the Puffco Pro & Plus concentrate pens which like the Peak, were revolutionary to the market. Prep Time & Ease of Use
The Puffco Peak is very easy to use and it's the closet thing to an actual rig without the torch and cool-down time. Hold the power button to power on the device, the unit will light up white once it is powered on. To cycle through the temperature settings, firmly press the power button one time to toggle to each power setting.

- Green – 500°F
- Orange – 550°F
- White – 600°F
Once you have picked your desired temperature setting, place a dab of concentrate in the ceramic heating chamber. Then, place the glass bubble carb cap on top of the heating chamber and press the power button twice quickly. The Peak will blink the color of your desired temperature as is heats up. It takes about 20 to 25 seconds to heat to your desired temperature. Once it reaches that temperature, the Peak will vibrate since it has haptic feedback, and the color indicator will become solid and cease blinking. Draw from the glass mouthpiece while using the carb cap on top of the chamber and enjoy.
Power Supply
The rugged silicone base of the Peak is equipped with a rechargeable battery that lasts approximately 30 to 35 dabs from a full battery. The Peak takes about 2 hours to charge from dead to fully powered. The LED indicator will blink RED to inform you once the battery has died.
Vapor Quality
The vapor quality from the Peak is beyond superb and at the moment, there isn't an Electronic Dab Rig on the market that can compete with it. Tasty, thick clouds of perfect vapor are achieved at every temperature level of the Peak depending on personal preference. The ceramic bowl distributes heat evenly to vaporize all your concentrate at the right temperature every time you dab. The Peak is a dabber's dream product.
Design
The Peak sits 7 inches high with an elegant hand-blown bubbler made of borosilicate glass. The base of the unit is 2.75” with a rugged rubber exterior, and a full ceramic atomizer that is both removable and replaceable. The Peak’s atomizer is composed of a ceramic heating plate which heats a ceramic bucket that sits on top. This masterful design ensures that the concentrate doesn't burn, but rather, vaporizes at a maintained temperature through even heat distribution.
Cleaning & Maintenance
Puffco made the peak very pain-free to clean and maintain. The atomizer comes fully apart and it’s the most important part to keep cleaned and maintained. Always use Q-Tips and alcohol to clean the atomizer. You can also torch the ceramic bowl in order renew it by burning off all the old remnants from the used concentrate. You can burn it off the ceramic plate by turning the device on while the ceramic bowl is removed from the atomizer. The atomizer has been known to break, which is probably one of the only notable flaws the Peak has; however, they have somewhat resolved the issue since it can be replaced. My recommendation would be to just do the cleaning and maintenance because each replacement will cost you $40 to $50 every time it burns out.
