The Flare Base Bong with fixed downstream assumes several double duty features that are useful to the user; the geometric ice pinch and the downstream. The ice restriction helps in preventing splash. The downstream is crafted as a fixed slit for smooth hits and a great percolation. The downstream also doubles up as a diffuser.
