  • 1 2/3 cups flour
  • 1 ½ cups sugar
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1 tsp ground clove
  • 1 stick unsalted butter, softened at room temperature
  • 3 droppers CBD oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • ½ cup canola oil
  • ½ cup water
  • 3 droppers CBD oil


  • 1.Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and grease the inside of your 9x5 inch loaf pan.
  • 2.Combine together all of the ingredients except for the pumpkin, eggs, oil, and water, to whisk them together in a smaller mixing bowl.
  • 3.Whisk the pumpkin mixture into the dry ingredients bowl and pour the batter into your loaf pan.
  • 4.Bake for 65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the loaf comes out clean.

Homemade Applesauce

Applesauce is one of the easiest and most satisfying things you can do with an abundance of apples that are in season this time of year. It makes for a nutritious snack and can be used as a side that can be served with latkes or pork chops.


  • 6 pounds of apples, peeled and cored, and roughly sliced
  • 1 cup of apple cider
  • 2 droppers of CBD oil
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • ½ cups dark brown sugar
  • 2 tsp cinnamon


  • 1.Place all of the ingredients into a large pot.
  • 2.Cook uncovered over medium heat, stirring occasionally to prevent the apples or the sugar from burning, for 30 minutes.
  • 3.Remove the mixture from the heat and pour it into a food processor.
  • 4.Puree until smooth. If needed, split the apple sauce into portions before processing so as not to overflow the food processor.

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter (1 stick), softened
  • 1 cup of pure pumpkin mix
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract, divided
  • 2 cups powdered sugar, sifted
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 1 tablespoon butter, softened
  • 1 drop of CBD oil


  • 1.Preheat oven to 350° F.
  • 2.Grease baking sheets.
  • 3.Mix the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt in medium bowl.
  • 4.Beat sugar and 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter in large mixer bowl until well blended.
  • 5.Beat in pumpkin, egg, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, and 1 drop of CBD oil until smooth.
  • 6.Gradually beat in flour mixture.
  • 7.Drop by rounded tablespoon onto prepared baking sheets.
  • 8.Bake for 15 to 18 minutes or until edges are firm.
  • 9.Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes.
  • 10.Combine sifted powdered sugar, milk, tablespoon butter, and remaining teaspoon vanilla extract in small bowl until smooth.
  • 11. Drizzle over cookies and serve.
