Make Summertime Even More Fun with These Nice Recipes Using Toast Full Spectrum CBD Oil

Summer is approaching, and that means many of us are looking forward to creating our favorite warm-weather recipes. And, what better way to do so than with CBD oil? Caprese Salad

For a healthy summertime fav., caprese salad made with freshly grown basil and tomatoes, and some rich, creamy mozzarella can really satisfy. Plus, it’s light, refreshing, and quite simple to make.

Ingredients:

  • 1lb. ball of fresh mozzarella
  • 3 large beefsteak tomatoes, stems removed
  • 20-25 fresh basil leaves
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • 2 droppers CBD oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Steps:

  • 1.Slice both the tomatoes and the fresh mozzarella into ¼ inch thick slices. Layer them staggered onto a serving tray, alternating between the tomatoes and the cheese.
  • 2.Sprinkle the top of the platter with fresh basil leaves. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • 3.In a small bowl, combine the olive oil and the CBD oil, and drizzle on top of the salad, followed by the vinegar.

Grapefruit and Avocado Salad

Another fresh and inviting salad for the summertime is this grapefruit and avocado salad, which gives us two of our absolute favorite seasonal flavors.

Ingredients:

  • An 8oz. bag baby arugula leaves
  • 1 large grapefruit, peeled and seeded, sliced into segments
  • 2 ripe avocados, peeled and pitted, and cut into ½ inch chunks
  • 1 shallot, peeled, halved, and sliced thinly
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 dropper CBD oil
  • Salt and pepper

Steps:

  • 1.Into a large salad bowl, combine the arugula, grapefruit, avocado and shallot.
  • 2.Into a smaller mixing bowl, combine the remaining ingredients and whisk together to form your dressing. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss it well before serving.

Frozen Mud Pie

On the hottest of summer days, sometimes you wany a dessert that can cool you down. This frozen mud pie is absolutely decadent, and yet it’s frozen, so you can cool off.

Ingredients:

  • 1 9-inch store-bought pie crust
  • 2 pints of coffee ice cream
  • 1 8oz bag chocolate chips
  • Chopped walnuts (optional)
  • 2 droppers CBD oil

Steps:

  • 1.Take out the ice cream so that it can begin thawing. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and place the piecrust in the oven, to bake for 20 minutes so that it may turn golden-brown. Remove from the oven.
  • 2.Create a double-boiler by placing an ovenproof oil on top of a saucepan filled 1/3 way with water. Bring the water to a boil and place the chocolate chips into the bowl on top. Stir the chocolate constantly until it melts. Allow it to cool for about 5 minutes before stirring in the CBD oil.
  • 3.Turn the ice cream out into a mixing bowl once it’s softened. Stir in the walnuts, and then pour this mixture into the pie crust.
  • 4.Freeze the pie for 15 minutes. Then, cut into slices and serve.

Blackberry Lemon Bars

Berries are a staple of the summer season, and these tasty bars allow you to enjoy them like never before.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup + 4 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup melted unsalted butter
  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 droppers CBD oil
  • 4 large eggs
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 6 tbsp lemon juice (preferably from fresh lemons)
  • Zest of two lemons
  • ½ tsp lemon extract
  • ¾ tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup fresh blackberries

Steps:

  • 1.Preheat your oven to 350 degrees, and line an 8x8 baking pan with parchment paper.
  • 2.Whisk together the 1 cup of flour, the butter, the powdered sugar and the CBD oil in a large mixing bowl. Once your dough forms, press it into the base of the baking pan evenly, and piece multiple times with a fork.
  • 3.Bake the dough for 10 minutes in the oven, or until it turns golden-brown. Remove from the oven while keeping the oven at 350 degrees.
  • 4.Mixing the rest of the ingredients into a separate mixing bowl, and pour on top of the dough, spreading evenly.
  • 5.Bake for another 30 minutes.

Raspberry Lime Sorbet

Anyone searching of an incredibly fresh and light summertime dessert, has to try this fruity sorbet for a variety of reasons that we’re sure you can think of.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup water
  • 3 cups fresh raspberries
  • The juice of 4 limes
  • 1 dropper CBD oil

Steps:

  • 1.Create a simple syrup by combining the sugar and water into a saucepan and cooking on low until the sugar has fully dissolved.
  • 2.Combine all of the ingredients into a food processor and process until smooth.
  • 3.Either create the sorbet in your ice cream machine according to the manufacturer’s instructions, or simply pour the mixture into a large Tupperware and thaw for 15 minutes before serving.
